How it works

From firefighting to handled.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We walk through your computers, network, email, backups and who has access to what. You get a plain-English list of what's fine, what's risky and what we'd fix first.

  2. 02

    Cleanup

Monitoring goes on every machine, the urgent problems get fixed, passwords and settings get documented, and everything lands on the same update schedule.

  3. 03

    Handled

Monthly maintenance, security and help desk from then on. You call when you need something. Most months, the best news is that nothing happened.

Plain English

We speak human.

IT is full of acronyms that make simple things sound complicated. When we tell you what's wrong, what we fixed or what we recommend, you'll understand it without a dictionary.

Try one:

MFA (multi-factor authentication)

A second check after your password, usually a code or a tap on your phone, so a stolen password alone can't get someone in.

Don't see your question? Ask us

What does a managed IT plan include?

Monitoring and maintenance for your computers and servers, security, updates, help desk, onsite visits when needed and handling your tech vendors. We tailor the plan after a free assessment.

Do you work with businesses our size?

Clarified Technology is built for small and mid-sized businesses, from a few people to a few dozen, that are too big to wing it and too small for a full-time IT department.

Is there after-hours support?

Yes. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and we provide remote after-hours and emergency support when something can't wait.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Bradenton and work onsite across Manatee and Sarasota Counties, including Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton and Venice. Remote support works anywhere.

Do you help with home computers?

Yes, on a smaller scale. See our home and small office page.
