Call us first
Call (941) 219-5549 so we know it's you and what's going on.

Download and run the app
Click download the support app. It's Splashtop SOS, and it runs without installing anything. If Windows asks whether to allow it, click Yes.

Read us the code
The app shows a 9-digit session code. Read it to us over the phone. We can't connect without it, and the session ends when you close the app.
